Shipping

We have a flat fee shipping policy for anywhere in the United States. All packages are shipped either United States Postal Service or Federal Express. USPC: 4-7 business days $6 + $1 per item Next business Day $21.00 Flat fee

Personalized items ship directly from manufacturer within 1-3 weeks, overnight shipping can not apply to these products.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express through our secure online checkout.

Returns

Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged and are nonrefundable.  All sales are final.  Be sure to review the personalization you have entered carefully!

The following are exceptions for errors made by Hip Littles:  Any item with an error made by Hip Littles will be replaced and shipped via the original shipping method, free of charge.  In the case of a customer error, you must contact Hip Littles within 3 days of receiving the order to inform us of your error.  Hip Littles will advise you of the procedure for payment and replacement depending on the item(s).
